Onsite support and/or pickup/return of your item can be arranged, charges may apply.
We also provide dictation software support via remote computer access using
TeamViewer Quick Support.
For those that use Incisive's Specialist Practice Manager (SPM) software you can open the "Incisive Remote Support" from the Programs list that's already on your computer instead. This will give you a TeamViewer ID & password.
