We offer free phone and email support for all products sold by Office Specialists plus those previously sold by Andrew. This includes all Olympus dictation equipment, office equipment and furniture.
Onsite support and/or pickup/return of your item can be arranged, charges may apply. We also can provide dictation software support via remote computer access using TeamViewer, see button at bottom of page.
If you are having operational difficulties with your printer or multi-functional machine it is often best to contact the printer manufactuers technical support directly using the numbers listed here. Note, you should have your printer make, model, and serial number and a clear description of your problem ready when you phone or check there support pages.
