The new zoom microphone mode adjusts the recording level higher according to the zoom, while the manual recording level settings and limiter function allow you to fine-tune the recording level to suit your needs.
TRESMIC three microphone system for superior sound
The “TRESMIC” three microphone system includes both directional and omni-directional microphones to faithfully capture the depth and fullness of sound. An omni-directional microphone is positioned between the two directional microphones, to supply a robust stereo effect. This array of microphones provide a wide frequency response of 20 Hz to 20 kHz when the centre microphone is on, and 60 Hz to 20 kHz when off.
Natural stereo sound with 90° outward-facing stereo microphones
To get the most out of essential specifications like frequency response and directional characteristics, design focus was placed on microphone casing size and the shape of openings. The 90° outward-facing microphone units on the left and right achieve a stereo sound with a natural ambiance.
