Enhanced Speech Recognition Accuracy by Intelligent 
Dual Microphone System

The new RecMic series incorporates low noise omni-directional microphones and Shock Resistant Mounting which reduces touch noise from your hand. The Triple-Layer Pop-Filter blocks the wind noise when talking into the microphones. Speech recognition accuracy is dependent on the signal-to-noise ratio of the recording, which means achieving clearer voice and lower noise are the two key factors. The Beam Forming function works against the noise from the surroundings, since the voice will be enhanced while surrounding noise will be reduced drastically. The strong directionality is achieved through the Intelligent Dual Microphone System which actively monitors and analyses the phase difference while recording. Users can choose three different modes, Quiet Environment, Noisy Environment for Speech Recognition, or Noisy Environment for Classic Dictation to best match their environment.

Ergonomic Design supports day-long use

The button size and the layout had been optimally designed so that you can operate each buttons without the need to reposition the device in your hand. The frequently used Slide Switch can be reached with your thumb without being forced to bend, while you can reach the upper or lower part of the device with ease thanks to the closer location of the function buttons. The new RecMic incorporates durable, high reliability optical slide switch. Since the slide switch is the most used part of the device, durability and reliability is essential when used in professional environment. The new Trackball is now clickable for better efficiency when using applications. Trackball is one of the least tiring mechanism compared to other technology nowadays which is important considering the time users operates this product. The cursor motion by the trackball also had been optimized in order to reach a longer distance with each single operation.
 

Cleanable body for use in Professional Environments

The antimicrobial housing is achieved by Polygiene antimicrobial technology. This technology is based on the natural ability of silver to inhibit the growth of microbes. The Polygiene silver compound is added during the manufacturing process and Polygiene silver ions are released at the surface, which inactivates the microbes upon contact. Thanks to the additional alcohol resistance painting, this device can be wiped with alcohol or the like. You can keep the device clean as needed. The following chemicals can be used for this purpose in order to disinfect various types of substance. Ethanol (76.9 to 81.4 v/v%) and Isopropanol (70 v/v%) for disinfection.
